Can I set timers on my Nite Defender Pros to go on at night and turn off during the day?

No need to do this. The Nite Defender Pro has a “dusk til dawn” sensor that detects the light level when the sun goes down and rises in the morning. So, they automatically turn on at night and turn off in the morning.
